Bristols Six Website: Making a digital impression as fancy as your favorite accessory.
Bristols Six is all about confidence, comfort, and a little bit of cheek. Their signature product? Peel-and-stick pasties designed for women who want to go braless, fearless, and fuss-free. With a range of playful shapes, skin-safe adhesives, and fun colors, these little heroes give maximum coverage with zero wardrobe hassle.
The pasties were perfect, but the website? Not so much. Slow loading times, a confusing maze of menus, and a mobile experience that felt like wrestling off a sequins dress left customers bouncing faster than a wink.
Shoppers wanted bold, simple, and fun—yet the site made finding the perfect stick-on support feel like an undertaking with poor navigation and users not being able to find the information they needed. They needed users to engage with them more.
We rolled up our sleeves and got delightfully stuck in. By digging into analytics, we uncovered a lot of users dropping off at product pages before adding to cart, & failing to complete checkout—resulting in a high cart abandonment rate. With to key issues to solve and aim to increase both engagement & sales, the design could be centered around their overall digital image.
We wanted to provide users who want clarity, speed, and zero confusion, a guiding experience when they visited the website—but also with the intent of driving up the hype and drawing more traffic into their social media accounts.
From there, I created a mobile-first experience with bold visuals and a friction-free checkout that moves users from scroll to stick in just a few taps.
