Website Refresh

True Citrus

The Problem.

An old, existing framework on top of dated web development meant that usability was a big concern. All efforts needed to address key issues that impeded the user journey & complicated the customer experience.

Main Concerns:

  • The main navigation wasn’t intuitive

  • Pages struggled with overall engagement & retention

  • Customers couldn’t find the most important information about True Citrus

  • On Mobile, there were many usability flaws that impeded the experience

The Solution.

After extensive research into e-commerce usability standards, reviewing long-term analytics of page performance & interviewing the client, it was determined that the best solution for the website was a refresh.

The refresh would allow the development team an opportunity to correct out-dated code and css to rebuild a more simple, intuitive interface and user journey.

The new solution would be paired with the main platform to help match the True Citrus web presence to the goals of the company and engage more customers to buy their products.
